Is there a recommended PSI for inflation?
Optimum pressure is 2.5 PSI. DO NOT exceed 2.5 PSI.
Is it possible to over inflate the bladders?
Yes, you will want to gauge the firmness of your inflated bladders. The pontoons should be firm to the touch. We also recommend that you check the inflation with an air pressure gauge.
Can I keep the bladders fully inflated when the boat isn't in use?
No. Always let some air out of the bladders to account for temperature changes that can cause the bladders to expand or contract. We recommend that you fully deflate, dry, and fold the pontoons before storing.
How much weight should I put in my anchor bag?
Six (6) to 8 pounds should keep you anchored in a light breeze, however, the specific weight needed will vary depending on your weight, cargo weight, water currents, and wind.

This is the retention cord used to keep your boat from floating away while wading in shallow water. To attach, simply clip the cord at each end to the D-rings located on the front of each pontoon float.
I received a wrench with my boat. What is this used for?
The wrench is used to tighten, remove, or replace the valves, as well as remove or replace the bladders.
Once my boat is assembled, will I be able to take it apart?
Yes. Your boat is held together with Frame Clevis Pins. Simply unlatch the clevis pin to separate frame parts.
How do I transport my boat?
The boat can be transported partially or fully assembled and/or inflated. Due to size constraints, many customers will keep their frame fully intact and simply inflate and attach their pontoons once they reach their destination. Various methods such as a pickup truck bed, trailer, or roof rack can be used to transport your boat. If you are carrying a partially or fully assembled and/or inflated boat, please consult with your vehicle, trailer, or roof rack Manufacturer.

First assembly will take about an hour and a half; however, once completed, most of the steps will not have to be repeated.

Yes, you may place an electric trolling motor on your pontoon boat if it is rated for one. Check your boat’s instructions. We recommend a maximum shaft length of 36” with a maximum thrust of 30 lbs. You will need to check with your State Licensing Department for licensing rules and regulations. We do not offer a motor but one can be purchased through your local Sporting Goods Retailer

How do I pump up my boat?
Our pontoon boats use a quick inflation valve which utilizes the special adaptor that came with your boat for inflation. Some of our boats include a small foot pump. Otherwise, most marine pumps will easily attach to this adaptor.
